Juan Rulfo
was a Mexican writer, screenwriter, and photographer from Guadalajara. He is considered one of the finest novelists and short story creators in 20th century Latin America, as well as the last of the novelists of the Mexican Revolution. His magical realist work has inspired greats such as Gabriel García Márquez and Jorge Luis Borges.
